Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed paid enrolments that meet the timeframes and conditions below. Informal website browsing and unpaid enquiries are not refundable events because no payment is taken on this site.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed live workshops or downloaded more than the introductory module materials. Requests after that window are assessed under partial refund or exception rules.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing live sessions but before the midpoint of the cohort calendar, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs already incurred. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable except where an exception applies.

Non-refundable items

• Custom Command Table facilitation days once the mapping agenda has been delivered.
• Third-party tool licences purchased on your behalf at your request.
• Seat transfers already completed to another participant in your organisation.

Refund process

Email hello@systemconnectgrid.click with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three working days and issue a decision within ten working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank. We do not issue cash refunds.

Cancellation by System Connect Grid

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee. If we materially change format (for example from live to fully async) before start, you may cancel for a full refund.

Exceptions

We consider exceptions for serious illness, bereavement, or employer withdrawal of funding documented in writing. Statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected where they apply.
